How $ ?

The PPCDL course fee is $300/- for members of the public.
10% discount for group of 3 & above.
It includes 14 hours of theory and 8 hours of practical, course notes and sample test questions.

Medical examination can be arranged at about $15/- from any GP.

The fees for tests conducted by the Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) are as follows:

Theory Test Fee - $21/- / Practical Test Fee - S$52.50

Having passed both tests, you can apply to MPA for a PPCDL. You need to pay an administrative fee of $10/- for a PPCDL with a 5-year validity or $20/- for one with a life-long validity.

Total: ~ $438 w GST

I think it seems cool and not bad. =p
